3d Polygon Shatter Effect In Photoshop CS6 Extended

Instructions

In this video we are going to create a 3d Polygon Shatter Effect In Photoshop CS6 Extended.We will do some settings and styles to make our output image More stylish.we will use Actions for this.I hope you enjoy this Video.

The video we will demonstrate how to use the action and how you can optimize the look
of your design after the action has finished. The video covers some important techniques
that you will want to use after the action has finished.

Please check: 
------------------------

1. Your photo is in RGB color mode

2. Your photo is in 8bit color mode

3. You are running the English version of Photoshop.

4. If you are experiencing errors, try resetting your Photoshop preferences. To do this,
hold down Alt, Ctrl, and Shift keys (Mac: Command, Option, Shift) while starting up Photoshop.
A dialog box will appear asking if you wish to delete the preferences/settings file.

5. Avoid using small resolution images. For the best results, use Photos between
1500px - 3000px high/wide.

HOW TO INSTALL THE ACTION
------------------------------------------------------

1. Inside Photoshop, go to the 'Window' menu and select 'Actions'. A window
will now appear to the right hand side.

2. Inside the Actions window, click on the top right hand corner icon to reveal
the drop down menu. From here select 'Load Actions...'. Select the action which
came with the download.

3. The action will now appear in the actions panel.

How to use the actions:
---------------------------------


  1. Open your image; 
  2. Open "Polygon Shatter Brushes" file. For that go to Edit/Presets/Preset Manager. In Preset Type choose Brushes click load and just open brush file; 
  3. Open the 3DPolygonShatterEffects action (for that go to: Window / Actions, click on menu icon at the right and choose in list "Load Actions" then find the action on your computer and open it; 
  4. Open the PreMadeCC actions (for that go to: Window / Actions, click on menu icon at the right and choose in list "Load Actions" then find the action on your computer and open it; 
  5. Create a new layer and name it "mask" (do not use CapsLock - photoshop actions are case sensitive); 
  6. Paint on this layer the area where would you like to apply effect (you can use any color, it will not affect the action result); 
  7. Find action in the action list then open it and click play (Before play action make sure that the value of opacity of brush tool is 100%); 
  8. Wait a few minutes that Photoshop make all actions (speed of action work depends of the power of your computer); 
  9. Then change your final composition using proposed setting; 10. Ready! just save.



Click on menu icon on "LAYERS" panel......and go to "Panel Option"


  • check the "Add "copy" to Copied Layers and Groups
  • After you done you will get this in your Actions Tab:
  • 3D Shatter Polygon Dispersion Effects - Help File
  • After the action is done:
  • You will got this layers in the final composition:
  • You can delete any parts of the particles by channel, like the “MEDParticles2” layer for example, 
  • it’s interfering the face of the person on the photo. 
  • You just have to select the mask and use eraser tool (or back brush) to delete parts of this ou any other items.
  • After you done with your editing and already saved the file properly, you can add the PreMadeCC actions. 
  • It`s a pack of 5 different pre-made color correction effects.
  • To be able to use these actions you have to open the action following the “step 3” of the “How to use the actions” session,
  • this time open the “PreMadeCC” actions.
  • Select the layer “Background” and run any of the PreMadeCC actions. 
  • You can stack then together too if you want, use different opacities and so on. 
  • You can use the PreMadeCC effects in any image without use the 3D Polygon Shatter.
