In this video we will create some matte and haze photo effects in Photoshop cc 2017.you can use these effects in earlier versions of Photoshop is going to be very amazing i  hope you will enjoy this tutorial.

ATTENTION!!! BEFORE USE DO THIS OPERATIONS!!!

1. Make sure you are using the ENGLISH version of Photoshop;

2. Go to: Image / Mode and check the "RGB color" and "8 Bits/Channel";

3. (Just for CS5 and higher versions) Click on menu icon at the right on "LAYERS" panel and go to "Panel Option...",
and check the "Add "copy" to Copied Layers and Groups".

HOW TO INSTALL THE ACTION

------------------------------------------------------

1. Inside Photoshop, go to the 'Window' menu and select 'Actions'. A window
will now appear to the right hand side.

2. Inside the Actions window, click on the top right hand corner icon to reveal
the drop down menu. From here select 'Load Actions...'. Select the action which
came with the download.

3. The action will now appear in the actions panel.
