Parallax is a technique where the background and the foreground move at different speeds, creating an illusion of depth in a 2D environment.
In this video i will create a photo parallax effect in Photoshop cc 2017. you can create this effect in Photoshop cs6 as well.there is nothing big difference in both versions.we can save it to .Gif format so we could get an animated image.
